iPhone SE 2 and Apple AR headset landing in 2020, says noted analyst

Last month, we reported that an iPhone SE successor could be released in early 2020. Now Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo is taking part in this sweet forecasting exercise for the iPhone SE, and his recent Chinese-language report suggests exactly the same. as reported by 9to5Google.

In addition to a second-generation mini-Apple mobile phone, Kuo had to make some more predictions for 2020, predicting the arrival of a new iPad Pro and Apple's long-running AR headsets.

According to previous reports, the iPhone SE 2 in design and hardware specification is likely to be comparable to the 2017 iPhone 8, with the upgraded A13 Bionic chipset found in the iPhone 11 instead of the A11 Bionic and expected to be in the first Quarter 2020 will appear.

For a new iPad Pro, Kuo expects that in the first quarter of next year, it will also feature a rear-facing ToF (3D Time-of-Flight) camera sensor for more accurate depth-of-field photography and (presumably) for use with augmented reality.

In terms of Augmented Reality, Kuo also expects the hotly anticipated Apple AR glasses to be unveiled next year. The analyst predicts a release in the second quarter of 2020. Kuo's forecast comes just a month after Apple's AR headset has apparently leaked into the iOS 13 code.

As always, it is best to produce an analyst report on future technology products with a grain of salt. However, it is worth noting that Kuo's predictions have proved correct in the past.
