Huawei’s popular Nova 5T could be heading to the Middle East

Huawei's Nova Series has always focused on providing a first-class smartphone experience without an intimidating price. With the Huawei Nova 4 (released earlier this year), Huawei has once again pushed the boundaries of smartphone functionality, proving that customers know exactly what they're looking for in a smartphone – looks, first-class feel and innovative features – price.

The Nova series has become popular with value-conscious consumers who need high-performance cameras to create social media content, and those who love mobile gaming and consume media on a large, razor-sharp display. So far, every nova phone has exceeded consumer expectations.

The natural question, then, is how to proceed with Huawei's highly successful premium mid-range offering. A few months ago, Huawei announced the Nova 5 series in China and should bring the Nova 5T to the market in the Middle East.

Although we do not yet have all the details on the phone, Huawei has left a few hints here and there that give us a good idea of what you can look forward to with the Nova 5T.

For starters, the Nova brand itself has undergone a design update that we expect to be reflected in the design of the device. If you want to get around Nova phones, you should expect something elegant and eye-catching that sets you apart from others. The Nova 5T will most likely also be running Android 9 with Huawei's revamped EMUI 9.1 skin to support your favorite and most popular apps.

We can also expect a world-class multi-lens camera setup, which is usually reserved for high-end and more expensive devices. Huawei is no stranger to making powerful smartphone cameras. The P30 Pro sets a new standard for photography with smartphones and we expect the Nova 5T, which most likely has similar camera capability to the KI Smarts, to make sure your recordings are a masterpiece.

Another big change we're expecting for the Nova 5T is the move to 7nm processors, similar to the current high-end processor, the Kirin 980. This means that the Nova 5T can handle demanding AI tasks from the camera practically no time and deliver fast, reliable performance from multitasking to graphics-intensive mobile gaming.

But more importantly, we expect all these exciting and world-class features to be offered at a great price. We expect more news in the coming weeks. Expect this Super Nova to be coming soon!
